We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or replacement your item must be faulty or damaged. When returning items they have to be in the same unused condition that you received them, that is, in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you choose a tracked or signed for service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
